Moonshine Jasmine is a bluesy/folk band. The group was formed in the spring of 2021 by Megan Pennington and Dan Stonerook, who had successful solo careers before joining forces. They also teamed up with songwriter Tyler Feathers, a former bandmate of Megan’s. Their music is a blend of blues and folk, done acoustically with their own twist. Their sets are a well-mixed blend of covers and original songs from Megan and Dan’s respective solo careers, as well as new collaborated material. They are known for their Joplin-esque sound that incorporates Megan’s love of folk and Tyler’s love of blues
