Recycling in Garrett County is always FREE! (no permit needed)
- Refuse & Recycling Collection Site Hours: Mon / Wed / Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sun: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Garrett County Landfill Hours: Currently, the hours for the Landfill are: Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; they change to 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with Main Cell closing at 2:30 PM on April 15th
- Expect Adjusted Holiday Schedules: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
