The Garrett Community Concert Band presents its spring concert, An Afternoon at the Pops! This concert is reminiscent of the famous Boston Pops concerts directed by John Williams and the Pittsburgh Symphony Pops directed by Marvin Hamlisch. We will perform a variety of classical and popular selections by John Williams, Leroy Anderson, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and Edward Grieg. Selections from Les Misérables and West Side Story plus Aaron Copeland's Appalachian Spring are some of the other offerings on this program. You won't want to miss it! The concert will take place at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 28th at the PAC's Offutt Theatre.
