The woods are alive with the sounds of birds! Join us for a guided hike to hear and see the birds of the park. Binoculars are encouraged. Birds scare easily, so excessive noise is not favorable. This event may not be recommended for young children. Meet at the Herrington Manor Ranger Station. Directed by Dr. Sean Beachy, this concert brings America’s past to life with familiar tunes like “When Johnny Comes Marching Home” and “Barnum and Bailey’s Favorite March,” along with medleys spanning the Civil War, the Roaring Twenties, and early American songs.
