Moving to the next level: Putting Trauma-Informed Care into Practice. Join for this trauma-informed education, including interactive workshops, to:
- Understand how trauma affects the brain and nervous system
- Discover practical methods for applying trauma-responsive practices in various sectors
- Recognize the importance of working together across different fields to address trauma and more!
The keynote speaker is Amie Myrick. Amie is a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in working with traumatized populations and is an Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) Master Presenter. Amie has presented at local, national, and international conferences for over 15 years on topics related to trauma and advocacy.
