Peaceful Paddle

So many things are happening in our area this week as we celebrate July 4th! To maintain a healthy mind and body, having a plan for scheduled time to devote to yourself is important and helps as we strive to reach our movement goals.
The peaceful Paddle is scheduled for July 2nd. Kayaks or paddleboards are free to use for this program, which begins at 8:00 AM, and instruction for both is available if needed.
Let’s keep moving and enjoy another beautiful week in Garrett County!
This program is managed by the Garrett County Health Department’s Population Health, Innovation, and Informatics Unit, with support from CareFirst.
