6:00 PM – Call to Order of Public Session, Invocation, and Pledge of Allegiance | County Administrator – Additions/Deletions to Public Meeting Agenda | Approval of Public, Administrative, and Executive Meeting Minutes

6:05 PM – Recognition: Deep Creek Lake Art, Wine, & Spirits Festival – 20th Year Anniversary

6:07 PM – BOARD APPOINTMENTS: Drug-Free Communities Coalition

6:10 PM: Introduction: Carl Anderton, Director of the Maryland Rural Economic Strategy

6:25 PM – Ordinance Adoptions:

• Building Code Ordinance – adopting and implementing the 2021 International Building Code, Residential Code and Energy Conservation Code
• Mechanical Code Ordinance – adopting The International Mechanical Code 2018 published by the International Code Council.
• Community Reinvestment & Repair Fund Ordinance – adopting and implementing Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund for Garrett County, Maryland
