Ski Etiquette
Resort-groomed trail.
- Stay in control. Be able to stop or steer around people and objects.
- People below you have the right of way. It's your job to avoid them.
- Don't stop where you block a trail or can't be seen from above.
- Look uphill and yield when you start down or merge onto a trail.
- Use leashes or ski brakes so gear can't run away.
- Obey signs and closures. Stay off closed trails.
- Know how to load and ride the lifts before you get on.
