Creative Writer’s Group

Create your own world. Join the Creative Writers Group presented by the Grantsville Library every other Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All are welcome. Attendees will hear in-progress work read by area writers and are invited to bring their own work for constructive comments and gentle criticism. Special Board of Education Executive Session

The Garrett County Board of Education will hold a special Executive Session on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The Board will meet in closed session under its quasi-judicial function to consider an appeal. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom and is not open to the public. Part or all of the meeting may be closed pursuant to the General Provision §3-305 of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
