Registration is open from 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN in the Main Lodge at Wisp Resort. The competition is open to skiers, snowboards, and spectators. So come and join the fun or cheer on your friends. Here’s the deal: Registration from 10am-noon in the Main Lodge $20 Entry Free, $5 deposit (refunded upon returning the bib) Riders meeting just before 1:00 PM The competition starts at 1:00 PM in Central Park “Open jam” style with Am and Pro separation of riders and skiers

It's the third annual Herrington Manor Fat Bike Race! 8:00 AM - Check-In at Lake House 9:30 AM - Racer Meeting at Lake House Deck 10:00 AM - RACE START @ BEACH 1:00 PM - Course Cut-Off 3:00 PM - Awards at Lake House This is a fun race for all skill levels.. BEGINNER to ADVANCED.. at Herrington Manor State Park and Garrett State Forest The course will be 3 laps totaling about 10-12 miles; the weather will dictate the specific mix of wide cross-country trails and singletrack trails to be utilized. If there is enough snow, the trail will be groomed for fat bikes - note tires must be 3.8" to be considered "fat" Race begins at the Herrington Manor Lake House CATEGORIES: $25 Mens Open (3 laps) $25 Womens Open (3 laps) $25 Masters (45+) (3 laps) $15 Juniors (Under 18) (3 laps) $60 3-Person Relay Team (3 laps total) Want a shorter race? Interested in learning a new activity this year? Join Ranger Julia for an instructional presentation on how to snowshoe and safely enjoy winter hiking. The first hour will be indoors, followed by an optional guided hike to practice new skills. A limited number of snowshoes will be available to try if there is adequate snow. All ages are welcome. No registration required.
