Trail Stakeholder Meeting

High Mountain Sports 21327 Garrett Hwy, Oakland

Calling all Allegany and Garrett County, MD, trail recreation enthusiasts! Please join us on April 4th, from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, at High Mountain Sports for an open house and informal discussion about regional trail interests and infrastructure. Representatives from the Maryland Office of Outdoor Recreation and the International Mountain Bicycling Association will be in attendance to help facilitate the event and engage with stakeholders. A pre-meeting survey has been developed to collect information about community trail use and preferences. The information gathered from the survey and stakeholder engagement meetings may help recreation planners and land managers make more informed decisions about future project development.
