Take the first step toward better health with Walk With Ease! Garrett Regional Medical Center and the Garrett County Health Department are partnering to offer the Arthritis Foundation's Walk With Ease program—a fun, supportive walking program designed to help improve your health, reduce pain, and increase physical activity. July 6 – August 14 Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Broadford Park Whether you're looking to become more active, manage arthritis symptoms, or simply enjoy walking with others, this program provides encouragement, accountability, and support every step of the way. Come to the library for an hour of free building based on a new theme each month. Completed builds may be displayed in the library for others to enjoy. This program is designed for ages 4 and up.
