Community Talk: The Importance of Preventing Underage Drug Use

Join the community for a fun night on March 20, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM for the kids and an educational night for parents at the Grantsville Elementary PTO. The Garrett County Health Department and the Town of Grantsville are bringing the community the educational tools and resources needed to aid in drug and alcohol prevention in our community! The Judy Center and Grantsville PTO will provide fun activities, including an Easter egg hunt, among other things. The GCHD will also provide pizza! Jitterbug Studios will have its Sunset Yoga Dance Lessons at MoonShadow on March 20 & 27, 2024. Release tension from your mind and body as you are led through a series of sustained postures and breathwork. Together, they will support you as you are guided through gentle instruction followed by a grounding meditation to close the practice. All are welcome, regardless of level! Please bring your own mat or let them know if you need one. $10 at the door includes 1 drink ticket.
