Yoga Strength

This class features yoga postures enhanced with body weight and/or free weights to strengthen and energize, with a touch of cardio. Participants will build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve flexibility in one well-rounded, energizing session.

Thursdays, 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM at the Community Aquatics & Recreation Center at Garrett College
