Garrett Regional Medical Center and the Garrett County Health Department are partnering to offer the Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease program—a fun, supportive walking program designed to help improve your health, reduce pain, and increase physical activity.

Whether you’re looking to become more active, manage arthritis symptoms, or simply enjoy walking with others, this program provides encouragement, accountability, and support every step of the way.

Admission to Broadford Park is FREE for all Walk With Ease participants, courtesy of the Garrett County Health Department!
