Nat’l Library Lovers Month-Paper Quilling

It’s a date…at the Friendsville Library! Celebrate National Library Lovers Month as we learn the basics of paper quilling. Decorate a keepsake box and make a beautiful card for someone special to you! Light refreshments will be served!
