4:30 PM – PUBLIC HEARING: Revisions and Adoptions on the following Ordinances

• Building Code Ordinance – adopting and implementing the 2021 International Building Code, Residential Code and Energy Conservation Code;
• Mechanical Code Ordinance – adopting The International Mechanical Code 2018 published by the International Code Council.
• Community Reinvestment & Repair Fund Ordinance – adopting and implementing Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund for Garrett County, Maryland;
