2024 Garrett County International Overdose Awareness Day

International Overdose Awareness Day is a global event held on August 31st each year. Its purpose is to raise awareness of overdoses, reduce the stigma of substance-related deaths, raise awareness, and acknowledge the grief felt by families and friends.
