Terrazzo Mosaic Afghan Raffle to Benefit Library Programming

Terrazzo Mosaic Afghan Raffle to Benefit Library Programming at Deep Creek Lake, MD

The main branch of the Ruth Enlow Library, Oakland, is currently holding a raffle for a Terrazzo Mosaic afghan. The afghan was crocheted by Kathy Brungardt and has been generously donated by the main library’s Needlework Group. Made of Scheepjes Catona 100% mercerized cotton yarn, the square motif mosaic afghan pattern was created by Tinna Thórudóttir and is inspired by the mosaic tiles of southern Spain. The afghan measures 54 x 54 inches and is currently on display at the main library.

Raffle tickets are on sale for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and can be purchased at the main library in Oakland. All proceeds will go directly toward funding library programming.

The drawing will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024.
