Broadway’s Back in the Barn
Join the Deep Creek Watershed Foundation for an unforgettable evening of Broadway music, fine dining, and philanthropy at Broadway's Back in the Barn. Enjoy an intimate performance by acclaimed Broadway vocalist Dr. Carolyn Black-Sotir, praised by The Baltimore Sun for her "beautiful tone" and by Neil Diamond, who called her voice "absolutely beautiful." She will be joined by internationally acclaimed pianist R. Timothy McReynolds, whose distinguished career has taken him to concert halls and masterclasses throughout the United States, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and Austria. The evening begins with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 5:30 p.m., followed by a chef-prepared dinner featuring grilled beef, grilled salmon, Chicken Française, and wild mushroom risotto with roasted asparagus and shaved Parmesan. Set in the warm ambiance of the Red Barn, this elegant fundraiser benefits the Deep Creek Watershed Foundation's mission to preserve and protect the Deep Creek Lake watershed through environmental stewardship, scientific research, and education.
