On Sunday, May 2nd, at approximately 7:28am, officers responded to the Oakland Golf Course, for the report of a burglary that had occurred in the early morning hours. Girl Scout Troop 55004 cleaned the Town Parking Lot/Mtn Fresh Pavilion on Sunday April 25th to celebrate Earth Day! Trash from around the pavilion, the playground and along the river was removed. In addition to the trash, the troop pulled a non-native invasive species called Garlic Mustard from along the river bank.

Please refrain from utilizing Deep Creek Drive for through traffic from The Boardwalk Bar to Rock Lodge Road from Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.
