The Garrett County Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) Department has planned a special distribution of half-gallons of milk through the Summer Food Service program. This will take place on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, beginning at 5:00 PM and lasting until all milk is gone.
Locations for the giveaways will be the parking lot behind Southern Garrett Middle School and the Accident Community Pond (200 Cemetery Road). There is a limit is two (2) half-gallons per person, on a first come first served basis, and it is restricted to households containing children aged 18 and under.
