Reflection House Open House Invitation

Reflection House Open House Invitation at Deep Creek Lake, MD

Reflection House is thrilled to announce the grand opening of Garrett County’s very first women’s recovery home. This milestone is a significant step toward providing much-needed support for women on their journey to recovery in the community.

In response to the overwhelming support and interest, the board for the Reflection House is excited to extend an invitation to neighbors, partners, and friends to visit the home, meet the dedicated staff, and tour the property through two open house opportunities: The first open house is scheduled for Monday, September 23 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and the second option is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

This is a great chance to see firsthand the supportive, healing environment that has been created for the women and learning more about the comprehensive resources available to those in need.

To be considered for the Reflection House 12-month, Level 2 residential recovery program, the board invites you to join the interest / wait list. This step is crucial for securing your spot in our program, as spaces are limited. You can add your name to the list by visiting our website https://reflectionhousegc.org/get-help/ or by visiting the list directly: https://bit.ly/3MdN4Ee.

Once you have joined the wait list, you will be contacted to complete the intake process. This process involves an in-depth assessment of your needs, which helps tailor the services to support your individual recovery journey.

Please note that participation in the program requires a financial commitment. While Reflection House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making recovery accessible, there are fees associated with the residential services. These fees cover housing, counseling, life skills training, and the various support services. The staff will discuss the payment options during the intake process to ensure transparency and help you plan accordingly.

“Reflection House is not just a place to stay; it’s a community where recovery is nurtured through support, structure, and personal growth,” said Mary Martin, Program Coordinator for Reflection House. “We believe in transparency and want every potential resident to understand the steps involved in joining our program, including the financial aspects.”

Located at 40 Dennett Rd., Oakland, MD, Reflection House is the first women’s recovery housing facility in Garrett County, Maryland. Reflection House is a Maryland Certified Recovery Residence, dedicated to providing a safe and structured environment for women battling substance use disorder. Their program is much more than a place to stay; it is a holistic approach to recovery that encompasses various aspects of personal development and community support.
