The National Police Bloodhound Association has, for a number of years, conducted its Spring Training Seminar in Garrett County. This year the program will be held from April 23 through April 28 at various locations around the County. POA members might observe some of the training sessions and should be aware that they do not represent any problem or threat to safety in the area and are simply training.
