Here’s a message from Bob Sutton, President, Property Owners’ Association of Deep Creek Lake: “The POA became aware of the potential of large solar farms in the watershed with the county having no zoning regulations for these systems. We suggested along with other entities that the county should consider modifying the 1970’s zoning to include restrictions for large solar arrays…”
