The Housing Supply Accelerator Playbook is for local elected officials and community planners working to boost diverse, attainable, and equitable housing supply in communities nationwide. This guide aims to inspire local innovation and supercharge efforts to meet communities where they are and close the nation’s housing supply gap. The playbook is the result of collaboration between the American Planning Association and the National League of Cities with support from the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of Realtors.
