The next program in the Summer Speaker Series at the Oakland B & O Railroad Museum will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 7:00 PM. Historian Dr. Neal Brooks will discuss “Oakland and the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad” in an illustrated presentation that traces the origins of the railroad and its impact on the area from the 19th to the late 20th century.
