Town of Friendsville Fall Leaf Pick-Up

The Town of Friendsville will conduct its Fall Leaf Pick-Up starting Monday, September 28, through Monday, November 23, 2026. Please follow these collection guidelines: Place all leaves at the edge of your property along the roadway in a pile, not a row. Ensure piles are free of sticks, branches, flowers, and other debris. Note that collection dates are weather permitting. Help keep Friendsville clean and beautiful this autumn!

Fall Foliage Phenology: The Science of Changing Leaves

Join Ranger Beau for a hands-on discussion about the science of trees and how leaves change color. This program will include an 8-page dendrology guide to take home, light walking, and tactile interaction with trees. All ages are welcome. Meet at the campfire.
