Oakland Ruth Enlow Library 6 N 2nd St, OaklandVisit a branch of the Ruth Enlow Library in Garrett County. Pick up a Passport Card. Visit each library find the Patriot unique to that town. Get a sticker for your passport. Make the Garrett County Historical Society Museum your last stop. Read about an Oakland Patriot. Get a sticker.
