Garrett College invites you to explore the wonderful world of mushrooms with Dr. Cory Heyman, owner and operator of Mighty Yough Farms. In this workshop, we will learn about the interactions between mushrooms and humans and their role in our history, diets, and ecosystems. Participants will learn how to grow mushrooms and prepare their own mushroom monotubs.
