Visit a branch of the Ruth Enlow Library in Garrett County. Pick up a Passport Card. Visit each library find the Patriot unique to that town. Get a sticker for your passport. Make the Garrett County Historical Society Museum your last stop. Read about an Oakland Patriot. Get a sticker. And deposit your passport to be entered into a drawing on Aug 24th for a great prize.
