The evening centers around a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and create space for clarity and intention. Gentle vibrations and tones invite participants to slow down and align with the steady, grounding energy of the season.

A thoughtfully prepared warm herbal beverage will be served during the sound bath, crafted to support grounding, renewal, and seasonal balance.
