Life-Saving Bleeding Control Training

Learn critical, life-saving skills with free Stop the Bleed training on Saturday, September 26th, at 1:00 PM at the Garrett County Public Library Oakland Branch. Hosted by the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center’s Center for Injury Prevention & Policy, this hands-on course teaches you how to control severe bleeding in emergency situations where every minute counts.
