Garrett County Public Schools Substitute Training

Garrett County Public Schools (GCPS) will host an upcoming substitute training on Tuesday, October 20, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Dennett Road Education Complex.

Individuals interested in becoming substitute employees with GCPS must complete an application in advance of the training to participate in the training. Substitute positions provide an opportunity for individuals to support local schools, help maintain continuity in the classroom, and make a positive difference in the lives of students, while working a flexible schedule.

Those interested in becoming a substitute are encouraged to complete their application before the October 20th training date.
