A new survey of over 4,000 young adults shows that nearly two-thirds of Maryland’s young workers have little interest in moving to big cities. Instead, they’re choosing to build their careers closer to home—a shift from the long-standing trend of chasing jobs and bigger paychecks in places like New York or LA.
