The Garrett County Chamber of Commerce will host its first Business Before Hours of 2024 on Tuesday, February 20. R. Andrew Bauer from the Baltimore branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond will return to present an “Economic Forecast”.
R. Andrew Bauer (Andy) is a Vice President and Regional Executive for the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Andy serves as the lead external-facing officer for the Richmond Fed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia. In this role, Andy provides support to the Bank’s monetary policy responsibilities and leads the execution of the Bank’s external engagement strategy. He regularly speaks about national and regional economic conditions and Federal Reserve policy to businesses, professional and trade associations, community groups, and the media.

This Business Before Hours event will be held downstairs at Ace’s Run Restaurant and Pub from 8:00 to 9:30 am. The cost to attend is $25 for Chamber members who register in advance and $30 for non-members and members who pay at the door. Admission covers networking, the presentation, and a hot breakfast.
