Brookside Health & Wellness, Rachel Friend-Lantz, CRNP, a nurse-managed primary health care center, has announced an office relocation to meet the needs of the practice’s rapid growth. Brookside’s expanded office space is now located at 14689 Garrett Highway on the lower level of the 219 Business Center.
