Learn about fermenting & experiment with your own concoction alongside our host, DJ Cassell. $30 per person. Each person will leave with their own jar of fermented veggies, fermentation lids, and a list of recipes.
The 9/7 class is completely full, so we are adding an additional Saturday for all those who weren't able to sign up for the "Sunflowers" class. This special Saturday class is for both kids & adults.
