Opening Day
Wisp Resort welcomes guests for the 70th season on-snow with winter operations for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing kicking off on Friday, December 5. Chairlifts will operate from 9 am – 4 pm until further notice, with snow tubing available from 4 – 8 pm. Open terrain will be announced closer to Opening Day.
Daily lift tickets will be available for sale online in advance beginning Tuesday, December 2, and will be 30% off until further notice. BONUS DAY for 4-Pack holders – Wisp is offering a complimentary day of skiing on Friday, December 5, for anyone who purchased a 2025-26 Mission Affordable 4-pack. Any 4-pack holder does not need to redeem one of their tickets; it’s completely FREE with proof of purchase at the ticket window.

Improvements + Upgrades
Wisp Resort has invested significant funds and effort into improving and upgrading systems, facilities, and overall guest experience.
• 28 NEW TechnoAlpin snow guns installed across Grouse Way, Possum, and Sunset Boulevard slopes, including the addition of new pipe, lateral lines, and snowmaking infrastructure.
• A refresh of 69 rooms at the Lodge at Wisp, including new carpeting, trim, and paint, with rooms receiving new light fixtures, pillows, mattresses, furniture, and 71 NEW 50’’ Roku TVs.
• NEW Restaurant Hearth & Hops Tavern featuring handcrafted burgers, hearty apps, specialty entrees, and a full bar in a relaxed, inviting setting anchored by a striking two-sided stone fireplace.
Mission Affordability Initiative
Wisp’s Mission Affordability Initiative is part of parent company Pacific Group Resorts (PGR), commitment to making mountain recreation accessible to a broader audience. For the 2025-2026 ski and snowboard season, Mission Affordable has been expanded across almost all winter activities, from lift ticket products to dining and lodging. Here’s what you can expect this winter:
• Platinum Anniversary Deals featuring $19.00 Wednesday night lift tickets and $24.00 Thursday night 4-hour tubing sessions all season long.
• Continuation of the Ace’s FREE Learn to Ski + Ride Program, catering to first-time and beginner skiers and boarders by offering three lessons that include rental equipment and a limited lift ticket. After completing the three lessons, graduates can purchase a deeply discounted season pass for the 2025-26 season and will be offered an affordable Sophomore Pass for the 2026-27 season. This program has limited availability; reservations required.
• Mission Affordable 4-Packs and Season Passes, keeping pricing competitive with special discounts and offerings.
• Dining specials including 2 for 1 Anything on the menu in Hearth & Hops Tavern on Tuesdays, 50% off Yuengs + Wings on Wednesdays in Hearth & Hops Tavern, and 50% off pizza in all dining outlets that offer pizza including Last Chair Bar + Bistro, Alpine Eatery, and Mountain Park Café on Thursdays.
Indy Pass Participation
The Indy Pass, industry darling and fastest-growing multi-mountain pass product in the industry, expanded its offerings for 2025-2026 with the addition of several Pacific Group Resorts, including Wisp Resort, Mt.
Washington Alpine Resort, Powderhorn Mountain Resort, Jay Peak Resort, and Wintergreen Resort. Indy Pass features two-days of access to 250-plus alpine and Nordic resorts in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan. Most Indy resorts are independently owned and operated and provide an authentic and affordable skiing and riding experience.
