We’re less than a month away from the 21st Deep Creek Lake Art, Wine & Spirits Festival, and we need more amazing volunteers to help make the magic happen!
This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, supporting HART’s mission to save homeless animals, provide medical care, and find them forever homes.
Festival Details:
- Friday, September 5 – Premium Wine & Single Barrel Bourbon Tasting: 5:00–8:00 PM
- Saturday, September 6: – Art, Wine & Spirits Festival: Noon–6:00 PM
Volunteer Roles:
- Guest Wine & Spirits Pourers – Join our incredible distributors in pouring wines from around the globe and showcasing craft spirits and wines. A brief check-in kicks off your 3-hour shift.
- Security – Help us keep things running smoothly! Your main role will be ensuring that all bottles are checked as guests exit the Wine & Spirits Store and assisting with any issues that arise, all with a friendly smile.
- Wine & Spirits Store helpers and Cashiers – Help restock merchandise or assist at a cashier station in our Wine & Spirits Store. Volunteer shifts are available during Friday’s Premium Night as well as Saturday’s festival.
- Wine Check – Assist with checking in festival attendees’ purchases from the Wine & Spirits store.
- Tear Down Sunday – Help us wrap up the event by helping us pack up and tear down the Wine & Spirits Store on Sunday.
