VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We’re counting down the days to the 22nd annual Deep Creek Lake Art, Wine & Spirits Festival, and we need more amazing volunteers to help make the magic happen!
This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, supporting HART’s mission to save homeless animals, provide medical care, and find them forever homes.

Festival Details:
- Friday, September 11 – Premium Wine & Spirits Tasting: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, September 12 – Art, Wine & Spirits Festival: Noon – 6:00 PM
Volunteer Roles:
- Guest Wine & Spirits Pourers – Join our incredible distributors in pouring wines from around the globe and showcasing craft spirits and wines. A brief check-in kicks off your 3-hour shift.
- Security – Help us keep things running smoothly! Your main role will be ensuring that all bottles are checked as guests exit the Wine & Spirits Store and assisting with any issues that arise, all with a friendly smile.
- Wine & Spirits Store Cashiers and Helpers – Help restock merchandise or assist at a cashier station in our Wine & Spirits Store. Volunteer shifts are available during Friday’s Premium Night as well as Saturday’s festival.
- Wine Toss – Help run our popular wine toss ring game! Volunteers will oversee the station, where participants try to toss small plastic rings around the necks of wine bottles to win a prize.
- Volunteer/Vendor Gate Attendant – Staff our Volunteer/Vendor entrance during the festival! We’ll provide everything you need; your role is simply to greet volunteer and vendor arrivals and check off their names as they enter through the gate.
- Tear Down Sunday – Help us wrap up the event by helping us pack up and tear down the Wine & Spirits Store on Sunday.
