The first presidential debate is today, and though we avoid politics on this site, I thought I would share this non-partisan event.. On Wednesday, FRONTLINE (Maryland Public Television) and Columbia University are hosting a virtual event to discuss the two major-party candidates. This virtual event will feature veteran FRONTLINE filmmaker Michael Kirk highlighting the defining moments that shaped Trump’s and Biden’s lives, as they compete for the votes of people living in battleground states such as Ohio. You must RSVP in order to receive the Zoom link for the event, which will be included in your email confirmation. If you are new to Zoom, please visit this page with instructions on how to get started.
