The Garrett County Health Department has received positive COVID-19 results for two additional persons, bringing the current county total positives to 74. The new positive COVID-19 cases include two males in their teens, with symptoms, who are currently isolating. Those readers that own property in home owners associations (HOAs) are likely getting ready to, or have just participated in, their subdivision’s annual owner meeting. One of the big topics within my HOA and on our board of directors, has been late season lake water levels. I have heard this from others at the lake as well.
