The WV National Guard is performing a training exercise near Kingwood, WV June 17th, 18th and 19th, and 21st and needs “injured civilians” to assist in the realism of the training. The role player positions are paid for those 18 and over passing a background check.

SAVE THE DATE: 2021 Art In The Park event is on Saturday and Sunday, July 10-11. Art in the Park is a juried art event located in Deep Creek Lake State Park. Each year 30+ vendors display their original artwork and fine crafts over this two-day festival. Food vendors are on-site as well as kids interpretive events, tie-dye, live animals.
Friday, June 4, will be the Appalachian Fiber art event hosted by ABPH Art: “I fell in love with the mountains of the Allegheny front as a little girl. The more time I spend here the deeper I fall in love.
