All Ruth Enlow Library branches will participate in “Chalk It Up to Civility: A Community Collaboration” with the Allegany County Library System today. “Participants are encouraged to use sidewalk chalk to create messages and works of art throughout the day to express shared positive values. Whether creating or stopping to view an image, the goal is to help people reflect upon our everyday lives and ignite a sense of solidarity in our neighborhoods and streets.”
