During the August 11, 2026, Board of Education meeting, Director of Student Services Michael Lewis presented Wayfinder, a set of instructional materials designed to support social-emotional learning. The materials were made available for public review and comment from August 12th through August 26th. Public feedback was shared with the Board during its September 8, 2026, meeting. Following the review and public comment period, the Board voted 3-1 to approve the Wayfinder materials for use beginning in the 2026–27 school year.
