Route 219 Milling and Resurfacing Road Road Work

Keystone Lime will be milling and resurfacing US 219 (Garrett Highway) at McHenry, MD starting the week of April 24th, 2023. The project is located between MD 42 (Friendsville Road) to Pysell Road intersection. During this time when driving through the work zone, motorists should expect single-lane closures and delays along US 219 between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There will be signs, drums, and flag persons to guide motorists through the work zone. They ask that you use caution throughout the work zone, and if possible find another route to your destination.

Thank you for your patience. The project should last two to three weeks.
