WVU Medicine Garrett Medical Group is pleased to welcome Rebecca Crowell, DO, to its team of skilled healthcare providers at its Oakland location. Dr. Crowell brings a wealth of experience and a patient-centered approach to care, enhancing access to high-quality medical services for the Garrett County community.
Dr. Crowell is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with a special interest in women and children’s health. She emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes for every patient.

Prior to joining WVU Medicine Garrett Medical Group, Dr. Crowell practiced at Cornerstone Family Medicine and Wellspring Family Medicine.
Dr. Crowell earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University–Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also completed a pre-doctoral fellowship in osteopathic manipulative medicine, further strengthening her hands-on, whole-person approach to patient care.
