The Garrett County Republican Women’s Club members sold 1500 quilt raffle tickets last year, to provide the funding for $750 scholarships for a Northern High School and a Southern High School graduating senior. Pictured with two of her grandchildren is the winner of that quilt, Sheila Shapiro, Westernport. Tickets for the 2023 quilt raffle are now available from Club members.
