One Maryland One Book 2019

This year’s One Maryland One Book selection is What The Eyes Don’t See by Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha. On the topic of the Flint, Michigan water crisis, this book selection “is a riveting account of a shameful disaster that became a tale of hope, the story of a city on the ropes that came together to fight for justice, self-determination, and the right to build a better world for their—and all of our—children.”

Anyone that wants to participate can pick up a free copy at their local Ruth Enlow Library branch and then join us for any of our upcoming book discussions.

– October 16th at the Oakland Library starting at 6:00pm

– October 21st at the Grantsville Library starting at 6:00pm
