The National Police Bloodhound Association (NPBA) is holding its annual Spring Seminar in Garrett County through May 1.
This law enforcement-only training event brings 60 participants and 20 instructors from across 16 states for 40 hours of intensive Bloodhound man-trailing exercises. Training will occur in various locations throughout the county, including in the Town of Oakland and Broadford Park.
Residents are advised not to interfere with Bloodhounds while in harness, as they are actively working.
